PaceSetter Plus

PaceSetter Plus is a mineral and vitamin dense, 25% crude protein, pelleted horse supplement. Formulated for a wide variety of uses, PaceSetter Plus contains a combination of quality grains. alfalfa meal, soybean meal, highly bio-available mineral sources (including chelated forms) and vitamins. PaceSetter Plus is also formulated with additional lysine to provide more flexability in feeding and balancing elevated lysine rations. It is ideal as a mixing or top-dress pellet for on-the-farm balancing, or alone as a supplement to a forage diet.

By feeding 1-3 pounds per head per day to horses on free choice forage diets, PaceSetter Plus can supply the required balance of protein, minerals and vitamins. Adjust feeding amounts according to forage quality, and horse's age, size, and activity level. Feed to complement forage (pasture and hay) to balance protein, minerals and vitamins.

Ideal For:

Early lactation broodmares on pasture.
Mature horses with maintenance requirements.
Easy conditioning, mature horses under light exercise on high quality forage to balance fortification.
Horse recovering from illness on starch restricted, high fiber diets.

Blending Supplement

PaseSetter Plus can be mixed with grain(s) and other feeds to make a custom balanced ration for working horses, broodmares, yearlings and stallions, etc. For exact mixing rates, refer to the Suggested Feeding Levels table below

PaceSetter Plus is designed as a flexible ration to be fed with quality forage as hay or pasture equivalent. Feed to provide a minimum of 1% of body weight per day of quality forage.
